From the phone. 36 more days an there are fishermen. No leaves on the trees but no ice either! Now off to my favorite road!

Another photo from the same spot to document how the year goes by. This is the third photo and about the the only thing that has changed is no more snow or ice but the temps are much better. As I look at this photo it sure looks like it was a nice day for a ride, blue skies, blue water,  yup nice day for a ride!

Lookin' good Fasthair! Raining like hell in Mass today, but we had a few good days last week. We're definitely getting there. Enjoy the ride man.

Mr. Joker: It Is/was a great day for a ride. I've watched you through the stages of your seasons... yup we are getting there man!

Ms, IHG: This isn't the damn. This is Big Creek as you ride in to the park. My hope is that the next the photo is it can be "us" in the photo.

Ohhhhhhh ok...I don't think I've actually been into Big Creek. Cool...I'll have to check that place out. I've lived here almost 10 yrs and I've never been there.

So I'm confused. Did you get to ride in the sun? I rode to a work assignment so I guess it counts as a ride.

Hey! I recognize that picture. I know I’ve seen it someplace before.

Mr. Baron: I had a nice lazy Easter thanks. Hope you had a good one too.

Ms. IHG: The park isn’t all the great of a park. Not much there other then a beach and some paddle boat/canoe rentals. It’s the ride there and when I leave is what I like most. I don’t think you can even camp there.

Mr. WW: The seasons are changing if not but a little slow. Grass greened up in the last week so the trees should be ready to go soon.

Mr. IronDad: Nope, it’s not sunshine. I just photo shopped it to make it look that way. The proof is I haven’t seen the sun since that photo was taken with rain all day today with a snow flake or two thrown in for good measure. Still rode to work though!

Mr. Willy: It’s ground hogs day all over again!

Dear Mr. Fasthair:

I remember remarking what a great idea it was to take a picture of your bike -- in one place -- as the seasons waxed and waned. I think I told you as much. My attempts to replicate your style have not been successful, however. I tried two experiments of this nature. The first was at a nudist colony. Are you aware of the fact that 99% of the world's nudists are not lingerie models? And there is a very valid reason for that.

I used my mother-in-law as the second location. In the first picture, the trees behind her are covered with ice, as is her heart, which she can expose at will, and dead birds are frozen by their feet to the branches. In the second picture -- taken in Spring -- you can see that the tress are dead too and that my mother-in-law's eyes are glowing red.

I am going to find an interesting spot to take a picture of this bike and refer to it as the "Fasthair Effect." Now I defer to your opinion. Should I rely on the background scenery to indicate the change of the seasons, or something of a warmer m=nature, tha could pose on the seat.

Please advise.

Mr FLHX and WW: As much as I would really really like to see the very same thing in the next photo I don’t think it will happen as this place. This lake has a horse power limit of 10HP and you just don’t see many party boats on this little lake. But hey you never know, it could happen :)

Mr. Jack: I think if you put your lady friend you affectionately refer to as “Stiffy” in the seat we won’t much care or even notice what might be in the back ground. And if this photo is taken at said nudist colony we for sure will not notice or even care that these other people at not lingerie models! As far as the ex-mother-in-laws goes for sure forget that idea all together.
